Be Healthy! Be Happy! This is the motto of celebrating World Yoga Day on 21st June 2019 on premises of RIS School.

Yoga is an art form which keeps not just our body fit but also makes our mind fresh and alert and uplifts our spirit as well.

Students performed many types of yoga asanas, showing yoga postures to develop muscles, enhance physical and mental growth, breathing exercises and various other health benefits.

Yoga should be practiced daily not just by students but by everyone of every age group. Our traditional yoga benefits have spread worldwide and gained popularity amongst one and all.
